RICE CRISPY TREATS

INGREDIENTS 

4 cups Rice bubbles 

1 cup Peanut butter 

1/2 cup Rice syrup 

*optional Chocolate Top

METHOD 

1. Add peanut butter and rice syrup to a small saucepan and gently warm until it is more viscous, to make it easier to work through the rice bubbles. 

​

2. Add liquid mixture to the rice bubbles and stir through, sometimes it is easier to use your hands. Then press the mixture into a tin lined with baking paper. Put in the fridge to set, for a minimum of 4 hours.
